Overview

Ms. Glatter has extensive experience litigating a variety of matters, with a particular focus on employment law and commercial litigation.  At the outset of her career, she worked at large law firms, such as Greenberg Traurig in New York and Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Philadelphia, before practicing for many years at a small firm in New York focused on representing employees.

In the latter capacity, she successfully worked on behalf of employees in individual discrimination matters as well as class action wage and hour cases.   The scope of these representations ranged from securing severance agreements to litigating a number of Title VII issues to completing multimillion dollar settlements. She finds working on behalf of employees rewarding since it assists clients with a core part of their lives—their work and wages.
